Do you travel?
Yes absolutely! A travel fee is required, but is based on the total mileage that would be needed. US based travel only at this time.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please contact me within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your session. All retainer fees are non-refundable so, cancelling your session means forfeiting your retainer. If you need to reschedule your retainer fee is good for up to one reschedule and then a new one will need to be paid.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Regular galleries have a turn around time of 2-5 weeks (business days only). Weddings are 8-10 weeks. If you need your images sooner a rush fee can be added on at an additional cost.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
At this time I do not offer physical copies of your images. I can provide several recommendations on where to get them printed for the highest quality though!
Do I get the unedited versions of my pictures?
I do not offer any unedited, RAW versions of my images.
Can you help with outfit styling and posing?
Absolutely! I'm here to make this process as seamless as possible. If this is your first time getting professional pictures done please don't stress! I'm here to guide, talk, and help each step of the way.
What if I need a package not listed?
Please fill out my contact form with the specifics of what you are wanting such as type of session, time frame needed, and the amount of images you'd like. This can pertain to events/groups.
